Hi, I’m Tiffany — and this is FREE ME.

FREE ME starts with gluten- and dairy-free baking, made in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen in Kittery, Maine. I believe gluten- and dairy-free can be just as good as anything else. No settling, no missing out, no compromise.

The name started there — free from gluten, free from dairy. And the ME is a little nod to Maine, the place I am lucky enough to call home. 🩵

But FREE ME was never meant to stop at food.

To me, being free means so much more.

Free from limiting beliefs. Free from expectations of what life is supposed to look like. Free to create, change, take chances, and figure things out along the way.

And sometimes, free means having the courage to recognize when something no longer fits — trusting yourself enough to let it go, and making room for whatever comes next.

FREE ME is about choosing what feels right for you- in what you eat, what you create, how you live, and remembering that sometimes, you get to choose yourself, too.

This is where it starts.
